In light of recent global events, there has been a level of uncertainty that has affected all of us in different ways. Now, more than ever, we need to prioritize our community before all else. Here at Haus of Jewelry, you are our number one priority. We hope everyone is safe and taking the relevant precautions currently in place by governments and health officials to minimise the risk and exposure to Covid-19.
To expand on this, our team at Haus of Jewelry, together with our business partners, have taken these precautions very seriously. As a result, there will be stricter restrictions on packing and shipping to ensure the safety of all orders. We are sure to comply with all the regulations and information with regards to these changes strictly. Please find more information in the FAQs below.

- All orders are prepared within 48 hours starting from the order confirmation date. This may vary during sales seasons. If for any reason this was not possible, you will be notified by our Customer Service team and you will be given an estimated shipping date. Important note* : Remember that delivery times may be affected in times of high volume (such as Black friday, Christmas ..)
- As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email from which you will be able to track your order.

Following credit authorization and verification, you will receive your order within 7 business days. (excluding Weekends and Public holidays), with the exception of all pre-order items , which are delivered within 2-3 weeks after closing pre-order at the end of every month (excluding Weekends and Public holidays).
Domestic orders are shipped with Thailand Post. You will be notified the status of your delivery via email once your order has been despatched. Orders can be traced through the tracking number shown on your delivery confirmation email. However, deliveries may take longer for pre-order items.

Haus of Jewelry is not responsible for any lost packages through your Country's Postal Service.
For free shipping, the delivery time is 2-3 weeks.
For express shipping within 3-5 days, rates are calculated at checkout and can vary widely depending on the address and country.
Please ensure your address is correct as we cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost packages due to an incorrect address.
All Haus of Jewelry orders are shipped from Bangkok, Thailand.
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer, and will be charged on top of the delivery charges once the parcel has reached the destination country. Please note that costs are subject to weight and distance.
TAXES AND DUTIES
International orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reached your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) Basic, meaning the price displayed at checkout is exclusive of all taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the amount of duties and taxes your package that will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. The international carrier may invoice you for the local taxes and duties. If you have any questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.
Frequently asked questions about the COVID-19 situation:
Will there be any delays in receiving my package?
Yes. There will be an additional delay time on top of our regular delivery schedules. Unfortunately, because of the travel restrictions imposed by certain countries, packages and delivery services have either been forced to re-route and delayed or halted completely. In the latter case, we will be sourcing other couriers that still continue to operate in these countries but this will result in a delay of you receiving your items.
In general, delays will be experienced and we are not entirely able to provide an accurate time frame for when you can expect your parcel as countries continue to tighten regulations.
A new update from our couriers (1 April), stated that all economy shipping will have a further delay of more than 10* days. In some places, this delay may even reach up to 1 month. This new change will be experienced across all countries worldwide. Hence, we highly encourage customer who are eager to receive their parcels sooner to consider the Express shipping method as our providers assure us that you will receive your items within a maximum of 7 business days*.

We understand how frustrating this is. Our team here at Haus of Jewelry apologises for this huge inconvenience especially during this trying time. My package is stuck!/ I haven't received any updates!
Please bear with us through this unprecedented time. Since the introduction of nationwide lockdowns for particular countries, there has been a significant delay in delivery because of a reduction in air freight capacity. Hence, delays will occur as our couriers do their best to re-route the journey to ensure your package reaches you.
At the same time, we suspect there might be interruptions to the delivery line and you may experience a lack of updates on your tracking number. We seek your kind understanding and patience while we investigate the whereabouts of your package.
Is my package safe to touch or open?
Yes it is.
Our top priority is to keep you and our staff safe and healthy.
We have defined a very strict protocol & taken all safety measures in line with the WHO.
This allows us to remain fully operational online and to send your orders home safely

How are your products sanitized?
Rest assured, our parcels are picked and packed in a strict hygiene compliant environment. All staff are screened at least twice a day, with the first taking place before they can enter the premises. Any staff who do not comply with the hygiene and safety standard is restricted from entering the facility. Secondly, all of our staff are instructed to sanitize themselves before their shift begins. Once doing so, all our jewellery are carefully cleaned to the best of our ability and sealed in an air-tight packet.
Will your business be temporarily closed?
No, our website will still function and you will still be able to make your purchases as you like. Haus of Jewelry will continue to operate as normally as we can. However, we have to be prepared for when all our staff from our jewellery hand-makers, to the fulfilment team and office staff are prohibited from leaving their home.
If this occurs, you may continue to purchase your desired jewellery pieces as per usual. However, please expect a delay when receiving your package. This is because we would not be able to process and send out any shipments. Depending on the number of quarantine days imposed, we will be sure to jump right back into our usual swing of things and pick up order processing then.
We understand that the average time of quarantine is around 14 days. As of now, we remain operational as per usual.
What will happen to your staff?
The wellbeing of our staff means the most to us. All of our employees will be paid throughout this period even through any measure of quarantine.
