EXCHANGES/RETURNS + REPAIRS

Exchanges

We only accept returns and exchanges if they are defective or damaged.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  •  Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  •  Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Items that do not meet these criteria or are stated as non-returnable, will be denied.

In the interest of hygiene and for protection of all customers, earrings and pierced jewelry are excluded from exchange and return. This exclusion arises from Health and Safety consideration and to prevent spread of possible infections.

For non-pierced jewelry, we welcome exchange or return if you change your mind.

Returns

In order to be eligible for a return, your returned product(s) should meet the following criteria:
  • We require such item(s) be returned within 15 business days. If it has been longer than 15 business days, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a return or an exchange. 
  • Your item must be unused and kept in the same condition as delivered. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase in order for your return to be completed.

All approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit and communicated within 1 week of receiving the parcel.

 

 

Shipping

To exchange/return your purchased product(s), please send it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Guidelines For Return Mail For Exchange/Return Of Item

Please note that the return postage back to us will be borne by buyer, in the case of an approved exchange case.

1) Please ensure that the item is in original condition, original plastic packaging and in original gift box.

2) It should be mailed in a sturdy envelope to prevent any damage in transit.

3) Mail the parcel with registered tracking number to ensure delivery of return parcel

 

Repairs 

We are more than happy to repair our items for you ! The repair cost will depend on your damage conditions and your requests.  If you want to change the plating color, we also do that for you. You can send us the pictures to estimate the prices before you send us the jewelry.
